This outrageous custom Buick Riviera was restored and modified by well-known custom car builder, Marsh Burns, from Gresham, Oregon in 1982 when it was unveiled at the Portland “World of Wheels” and featured in “Street Rodder” magazine that same year.

Marsh sold the Riviera shortly after and bought it back 40 years later in 2022 and proceeded to completely restore it again with multiple upgrades.
